SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers are clearly informed at checkout that their purchase enrolls them in a monthly subscription.

To maintain the integrity of our subscription program and prevent misuse of introductory discounts, subscription cancellations are only permitted after at least one successful subscription order has been processed.

However, customers may return eligible item(s) within 90 days of purchase for a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy guidelines.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & eBOOKS

All digital products purchased from NutraWise, including eBooks, are non-refundable.

Once a digital download has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

This policy also applies to digital products received as part of promotional bundles, including Buy 2 Get 1 Free offers.

If a qualifying physical product from a promotional bundle is returned, the full retail value of the free eBook will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping

Returns must be shipped to our international warehouse located in Asia.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If exchanging for a product of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.

Store credits or coupons issued due to returns or product issues are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

We strongly recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping for orders valued at $150 USD or more.
